Resources are the spaces, equipment and staff your bookings use, and the locations each one works at. Runhappy uses them to make sure a booking only goes ahead when what it needs is free.

Click Resources in the sidebar.

The Resources page

There are three tabs:

• Spaces: party rooms, courts, arenas and so on.
• Equipment: anything a booking needs that’s limited in number.
• Staff: the people who run your bookings.

Add a resource with the button at the top right, then pick it on the packages that need it.
