Lifecycles are customer journeys that move contacts through stages you define, for example enquired → started booking → booked → visited. You can trigger follow-ups at each stage, such as a reminder to someone who started a booking but didn’t finish.

Click Lifecycles in the sidebar.

Click New lifecycle to create one, or click an existing lifecycle to edit it.

Agents can move contacts through a lifecycle with the standard tools Enroll in Lifecycle, Advance Lifecycle and Emit Lifecycle Event. Turn these on in the agent’s Standard Tools.
