Customers lists everyone who has talked to you or been added to Runhappy, with their contact details and the channels they use.

Click Customers in the sidebar.

• Create New Contact adds a contact by hand.
• Import Contacts uploads a list.
• CSV Export downloads your contacts.
• Manage Attributes sets up the custom fields you store on each contact. Agents can read and update these with the Get Contact and Update Contact tools.

Click the arrow beside a contact to expand it. The Automatic Replies column shows whether agents will reply to that contact automatically.
