Automations are step-by-step conversation flows, such as replying to Instagram comments by DM, running a quiz or sending a promotion to a list.

Press ⌘K and open Automations.

Start from a template

Pick a template from the carousel at the top:

• Comment to DM
• Story to DM
• Progressive Profiling
• Recommendation Quiz
• Ratings & Reviews
• Offers
• Newsletter
• Promotion

Or click Create Automation to start from scratch.

Build the flow

An automation is made of steps (nodes):

• Send Message steps send everyone the same text, buttons or multiple choice.
• AI Reply steps write a personalised message for each customer, based on the conversation so far and a goal you set. They’re ideal for tailored recommendations at the end of a quiz.
• Send to Agent hands the conversation to one of your agents.
• Wait pauses the flow. Use the Date option to schedule a step.
